Fear can be stressful, annoying, frustrating, or downright paralyzing. It can keep us form our enjoyment of everyday life and hold us back. Join our "Midlife Bliss" group as we discuss the basics of fear -- where it comes from, what purpose it serves, and how to face and conquer those fears that are negatively impacting our lives. (Midlife Bliss is an interactive program of self-discovery designed to enhance your "second half of life.")
Presented by Kristen Halleran and Paula Halleran, who, through a variety of resources and perseverence, have successfully traveled their latest journey to a happier, richer, and more fulfilling life.
