Midlife Bliss: Mindfulness


Join us for a new workshop in the Midlife Bliss series -- Mindfulness: Focusing on the Present Moment.

Most of us spend our lives looking too much at our past or planning or looking ahead to our future. Our enjoyment of the present gets lost in the shuffle and, before we know it, another month has gone by. Join our Midlife Bliss group as we discuss the beauty of the present moment and how we can maintain focus to enjoy every day more. (Midlife Bliss is an interactive program of self-discovery designed to enhance your "second half of life.")

Presented by Kristen Halleran and Paula Halleran, who, through a variety of resources and perseverence, have successfully traveled their latest journey to a happier, richer, and more fulfilling life.
