The Penn Hills Library is soliciting proposals for a design study involving renovations and upgrades to the existing facility.
The project will review mechanical, electrical, and functional elements and present a staged project that will improve patron amenities and experience.
The renovation elements will be in collaboration with library staff and consider improvements to existing furnishings and design to accommodate an increasing patron utilization.
The completed project should be available by April 1, 2025.
