In Memorial Donations
If you would like to make a donation in honor of someone who has passed, please submit the following information with a cash or check donation to the front desk. Alternatively, you can donate online and include the following information in the comments box.

Name and address of a family member to notify

Your name and address for a thank you letter

If there is a preference for the type of material (i.e. jazz music CDs, historical fiction book, etc.) please include that as well.
