About Our Teen Space
All teens in grades 6th through 12th are welcome in our Teen Space any time during operating hours!
Study, read, or work on your homework in one of our study rooms for a quiet space to focus.
Use one of our computers to play games or work on homework.
Check out any materials for a minimum of three weeks.
Play video games like Mario Kart and Fortnite on our Nintendo Switch with your friends or check out a video game from our collection to take home and play on your own console.
Attend one of our exciting teen programs!
Teen Department Collection
We have a wide variety of materials in our Teen Space for teens to check out from the library. Teens are welcome to check any of these items out, as well other materials from the adult library.

If for some reason we do not have an item that you are looking for, you can request the item at the front desk or through our Library Catalog and pick it up at Penn Hills Library later!
Tutoring Help
We have a variety of books in the Teen Space about college preparation, essay writing, SAT and ACT preparation, and school subjects that can be checked out at any time.
If you would like tutoring help from an instructor, you can access tutor.com for free using your library card to chat with an instructor about a wide variety of school subjects.
You also have access to language learning resources such as Duolingo and Mango with your library card.
